You'll get the real scoop on what makes a dice different from a chop, while putting your refreshed skills to use on a few essential recipes. As always, there will be deliciousness to enjoy during and after class, along with a tasty adult beverage or two.

Tavolina offers monthly hands-on cooking classes covering an array of recipes and techniques. During these classes, you'll learn and create a new menu while enjoying nibbles and adult beverages. You’ll leave Tavolina with a full belly, our recipes, the knowledge and confidence to recreate what you learned at home, and a special Tavolina treat!

If you’re just not the type, but truly wish you were, we can help! Join us, with your honey bunny, for an evening of culinarily-guided romance, led by our Tavolina and SavCo Kitchen Executive Chef and Cupid in Residence, Israel Lona. Chef Israel will teach one of you to cook a romantic four course dinner for the other, which the two of you can enjoy together as the class progresses, and hopefully - on many other even more intimate evenings. ;)

Holiday Pies Baking Class

If you love a good pie, but have always been just a little too intimidated to bake and bring your own, this class is absolutely for you! Achieve immediate holiday pie mastery with Tavolina Pastry Chef, Ashleigh Claus. You'll learn how to make our classic pie dough, as well as how to utilize local ingredients in creating two delicious twists on the traditional holiday pie: Salted Caramel Apple and Spiced Berry Pie. Pie decorating techniques, tips on freezing fruit pies, thawing, and baking for the holidays are all included... maybe even a warming beverage or two. :) 

Each guest will go home with two 9” pies, along with the recipes for pie dough, fillings, and baking instructions, allowing re-creation and sharing for years to come!
