You'll be working with our own sugar cookie dough and royal icing recipes, while learning some insider techniques from one of the best around. Holiday Pies Baking Class

If you love a good pie, but have always been just a little too intimidated to bake and bring your own, this class is absolutely for you! Achieve immediate holiday pie mastery with Tavolina Pastry Chef, Ashleigh Claus. You'll learn how to make our classic pie dough, as well as how to utilize local ingredients in creating two delicious twists on the traditional holiday pie: Salted Caramel Apple and Spiced Berry Pie. Pie decorating techniques, tips on freezing fruit pies, thawing, and baking for the holidays are all included... maybe even a warming beverage or two. :) 

Each guest will go home with two 9” pies, along with the recipes for pie dough, fillings, and baking instructions, allowing re-creation and sharing for years to come!
